Rigatoni with artichokes and sausage

Ingredients for 4 people:
320 g rigatoni 120 g ricotta cheese 5 ml of milk 200 g cleaned artichokes 2 sausages 1 clove garlic White wine q.b. Extra virgin olive oil delicate Verum
Salt
Directions: Mix the ricotta and the milk until blended. Crumble the sausage and put them to fry in a pan with olive oil. Sprinkle another pan with olive oil and a clove of garlic and let the artichokes stew. In another pan, add all ingredients, including rigatoni drained al dente, and fry in a pan for a few minutes.
