The rigatoni, a classic Italian cuisine. The rigatoni are suitable for any recipe: good with rich and full-bodied sauces, they lend in startling and creative recipes.

Thanks to the workmanship high quality and to the brass wire - drawing, rigatoni, thanks to the grooved surface and to the large size, they keep the sauce both in the inside and exterior surface, remaining al dente.

For this reason they are used in the preparation of dishes with hearty sauces and for preparations of baked pasta.

Rigatoni with artichokes and sausage

Ingredients for 4 people:


320 g rigatoni
120 g ricotta cheese
5 ml of
milk
200 g cleaned artichokes
2 sausages
1 clove garlic
White wine q.b.
Extra virgin olive oil delicate Verum

Salt


Directions:

Mix the ricotta and the milk until blended. Crumble the sausage and put them to fry in a pan with
olive oil. Sprinkle another pan with olive oil and a clove of garlic and let the artichokes stew.

In another pan, add all ingredients,
including rigatoni drained al dente, and fry in a pan for a few minutes.
