Specialty typical of the Campania province, the penne lisce are a pasta of Gragnano shaped  loved by young and old. Soft and delicate, penne lisce are very versatile in the kitchen.

Their shape, the brass wire - drawing and their texture makes them suitable in the preparation of simple and delicious recipes, made with natural ingredients, such as, for example, ham, mozzarella and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Penne lisce with tuna and olives

Ingredients for 4 people:

400 g of penne lisce
300 g fresh tuna
100 g
green olives
1 shallot
200 g of tomato sauce
White wine q.b.
Sale q.b.
Extra virgin olive oil organic Venus


Directions:

In a pan put organic olive oil, olives and shallots finely chopped. Deglaze with white wine, and once absorbed, add the
pasta.

Once drained the penne lisce, season with the sauce and enjoy your meal!
